Ed Dutton's excellent video from a few weeks ago "The Psychology of Liz Truss and Other Adultresses" described Liz as someone who feels the need to please others (the reasons for which are outlined in the video). This would explain the ease at which her 'colleagues' subjugated and humiliated her. I have no love for Liz Truss but she was treated in a very cruel manner and thus reflects poorly on the Tories as a whole. The whole series of events looks like an episode of The Apprentice where a load of empty suits and pretenders avoid responsibility and turn on their team leader. This being the result of recruiting inexperienced, self-serving career politicians.
Yeah, he had someone from the tribe on his channel a couple of months back and he was pretty sycophantic. I don't think he's ever touched the JQ, so I unsubscribed from his channel.
Hey mate, thanks for the response. To be honest I don't really understand how finance works, just the basics: too much money in relation to goods and services = inflation and vice versa = deflation.
As with Dutton, he tends to put most things down to hereditary genetics. I don't put everything down to that. For example, how can you have two twins with totally different personalities and competences? Surely the would be the same if everything was down to the genes?
I find this outlook materialistic and a slavemasters philosophy as you can't do anything about it.
I prefer transcendal and spiritual things like getting lost in the splendour of a cathedral or looking at a beautiful painting or reading about daring deeds etc. Something that lifts us higher than just mere animals.
These are all things that I took for granted as a kid, and didn't really appreciate. Now that I'm older and I've changed my worldview 180°, I see how important they are and frankly, how f@ckin' amazing we are.
Anyway, thanks again. Have a nice night and a great weekend!
